Once I have placed my order, how long will my chocolates take to arrive?
All chocolates are handmade, so please allow up to 10 days for small orders, and longer for larger orders. The delivery option you select at the time of checkout will also need to be taken into account. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. During busy periods, such as Christmas and Easter, delivery could take longer, but we will always advise the date for which you will need to order by, so you can be sure you will receive your chocolates in time!
How should I store my Berkleys chocolates?
Somewhere cool, not in direct sunlight, and away from strong odours.
How long do Berkleys chocolates last?
The solid chocolates have a shelf life of over 6 months, whilst any filled chocolates last up to 6 weeks, as long as they are stored as recommended above. I will always advise the best before date on each order. But of course, it all depends on whether you can keep them for that long without eating them!
