The following Terms and Conditions apply for all orders placed with us, via this website or by any other means. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase from us. We reserve the right to make amendments, or additions to these Terms and Conditions as we see necessary. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

By using our website, you agree to comply with, and by bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

Intellectual Property:

These Terms and Conditions, and all other content displayed on this website, and on our social media outlets, including, but not limited to, images, descriptions, logo’s, video clips, is our property, and as such, is protected by the relevant Intellectual Property Laws, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute for commercial purposes unless you have received written permission from us.

Goods and Pricing:

All goods are handmade to order, and as such, take time to make. Please allow 7-10days for small orders to be delivered, and longer for larger orders. If you place a large order, we will contact you with our estimated date of dispatch. 

All goods are made in a nut free environment. If you require Specification Sheets, please contact us via the website contact page.

Pertaining to all allergens, other than nuts, the responsibility to ensure the goods you purchase from us are suitable for you and the intended recipient, is passed to you. All allergens in our products are listed in bold in the ingredients section of each product.

All imagery of our products shown on our website and social media outlets are for illustrative purposes only. There may be some slight, reasonable variations from these images and the goods you receive.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure all descriptions of our goods are accurate.

Packaging and Branding Materials shown in any imagery may vary from the Packaging and Branding Materials you receive.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

We reserve the right to change our pricing of goods at any time. If our prices change in the time between you placing an order, and the order being delivered, the price at the time you placed your order will be upheld.

We reserve the right to apply, change or remove Special Offers, or Sale items, as we see necessary.

In the event of a mistake in our pricing when we check your order, we will contact you via email to advise you of this error. You will then be given the option to purchase the goods at the correct price, or cancel your order. If we do not receive your response within 14 days, we will assume the order is cancelled, and will notify you by email.

Once you have received the goods, responsibility is passed to you for the appropriate storage of the goods. Recommendations are provided on the website and on the Packaging of the goods. If the goods are not stored in-line with these recommendations, or are consumed past the provided Best Before Date, ‘BBD’, we are not liable for the loss in quality of the goods.

Gift Cards purchased from this website are sent digitally only. No physical gift card will be posted out to your recipient. When selecting your Gift Card options you will be asked for the recipients email address. The gift card will automatically be sent to this email address detailing the value and the personal message from you, the customer. Gift cards expire in 12 months from the date purchased.

Orders and Payment:

We must receive payment for your order in full, before we will start to produce the goods. If there is a delay in your payment being received by us, we are not liable for the incurred delay of the goods being received by you.

Payment for your order will be accepted via Square, and the following direct debit or credit card methods:




We reserve the right to reject, or cancel any orders, and will advise you via email if this has occured. In these unlikely circumstances, if your payment has already been taken, the account you used to place the order will be credited to the full amount.

We are not responsible for clarifying order details with you. If the order placed is incorrect, at your own error, please contact us in good time before the goods are dispatched. Once the goods have been dispatched no alterations can be made.

If, in the unlikely event, we fail to fulfill the order placed, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil it accurately and quickly.

Delivery and Postage Methods:

All Delivery charges will be applied at time of check-out. They are not included in the price of the goods. Delivery charges are as follows:

1st Class Signed For: goods that weigh up to 2kg - £5.55

1st Class Signed For: goods that weight 2kg or more - £9.05

1st Class Standard: goods that weigh up to 2kg - £4.45

1st Class Standard: goods that weigh 2kg or more - £7.95

Special Delivery: goods over £50 that weigh up to 1kg - £8.95

Special Delivery: goods over £50 that weigh 1kg or more - £11.15

From the point of your payment being received in full, small orders can take 7-10 days to be delivered to you. Larger orders will take longer, and we will advise you of the estimated dispatch date. This will vary depending on the delivery method you selected at the time of placing your order.

Delivery times may vary at busier periods, such as festive seasons, or should we be unable to produce the goods for a given time.

In these circumstances, you will be advised via email of the estimated dispatch date.

During busier periods, such as festive seasons, we will advise on the website the cut-off point for orders to be placed, to ensure you receive your goods in time. In these circumstances we will advise a recommended delivery method to be chosen at time of placing your order. If you select a different delivery method from the recommended method, at the time of placing your order, we are not liable for any delays to you receiving your order, and cannot guarantee you will receive them in time for the festive period.

An accurate delivery address must be provided at time of placing your order to avoid any unnecessary delays in the goods being dispatched. If you provide an inaccurate or incorrect delivery address, we are not liable for the goods not being delivered to you.

No refunds will be given in the event that an incorrect or inaccurate address has been supplied by you.

Goods will not be dispatched on Friday, Saturday or Sunday to eliminate risk that the goods will be kept in a warm environment for prolonged periods of time, and as such, affect the quality of the goods.

We always recommend 1st Class Signed For delivery methods, to ensure you receive your goods. We are not responsible for the goods not being delivered if you have selected 1st Class Standard Delivery options. If you select 1st Class Standard Delivery option at time of placing the order, you do so at your own risk.

We are not liable for the Destruction, Damage or Loss of the goods once they have been dispatched if you have selected Standard Delivery.


In the event of you selecting 1st Class Signed For delivery methods, and you do not receive your order within the delivery time provided, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns:

If you cancel your order within 7 days of the order being placed, you will be issued a full refund.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you receive from us, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue.


No exchanges will be provided.


We will accept returns, and provide a full, or partial refund if all of the following conditions are met:

It is within 7 days of you receiving the goods

The product/s to be returned remain in their sealed packaging, untampered-with

They are sent back to us at your own cost, and are adequately packaged for the postal method used. If when we receive the goods they arrive damaged, and we deem them to have been poorly packaged, it is not guaranteed that you will be granted a refund


Any communications received by us, from you, via this website, our social media outlets, or any other means, if deemed abusive or offensive will result in you being blocked from making any purchases from us, via this website, or any other means.

Events outside of our control:

If you, or the intended recipient is undergoing allergy testing, please do not purchase goods from us until you, or the recipient have received the results.


In order to ensure you receive your goods at the highest quality, we will not dispatch your order if the temperature exceeds 23°C. Under these circumstances, we will advise you by email of the delay for which we are not liable, and will email you to advise your order has been dispatched once the weather has cooled down.
